We want you to be fully rested and ready for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Trtl Travel products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place your Trtl products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
